- 1 Tomato sauce with Rio Grande cheese
- 9 Small potatoes
- Ham to taste
- 4 Eggs
- Mozarela cheese in lacquers to taste
- Cream to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Half Onion
- 1 garlic
- Consommé to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper pinch
Cooking Instructions
Cook the potatoes in water with sauce
Chop the onion, garlic and coriander
We fry the onion and garlic
In a bowl put the cooked potatoes and season with salt, pepper, consommé to taste, add cream, chopped coriander, add the onion, fried garlic and eggs and mix well
In a saucepan with oil we place a first layer of the potato mixture
Cover with ham and cheese flakes
Add another layer with the potato mixture and let it heat for a few minutes
We turn around and leave for a few more minutes
We serve and on top of the potato cake we add sauce. Ready!
