Chicken with Mushrooms in Tomato Sauce
This healthy chicken and mushroom recipe is another way you can turn chicken into a great weeknight meal in under 30 minutes, which is filled with delicious flavors!

- 1 Pouch Turkey and Hen Sauce RG
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 1 small mushrooms can
- Salt and pepper to taste
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and set aside.
Place a frying pan over medium high heat and wait for it to heat up well, add olive oil and the minced garlic clove, taking care not to burn it.
Add the previously seasoned chicken breasts; seal well in the saucepan with the oil and garlic, 5-7 minutes per side, once sealed, remove from heat and reserve.
In the same saucepan where we sealed the chicken, we will put the small can of mushrooms, fry well and add the RG Turkey and Chicken Sauce, leave until it boils for the first time and add the previously cooked chicken breasts.
Simmer and boil for about 15 minutes.
