  • 1 bag of Lorocos from Rio Grande Foods
  • Cheese sauce from Rio Grande foods
  • Corn Flour
  • Half a pound of Cottage cheese
  • Consommé to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

We start our recipe by chopping the parrots in half or in small pieces

Step 2

We continue mixing the cottage cheese with the lorocos, season with consommé, salt, pepper

Step 3

We make the thin tortillas and place the filling in the center, fold it in half and fry them
