- 2 Eggs
- 2 ham lacquers
- 1 Tomato
- Half Onion
- Cream to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Cut and fry the Ham the two ham lacquers.
Cut a tomato, onion and loroco into small pieces.
In a container we add the 2 eggs, the tomato, onion and loroco, mix well and cook together with the ham and ready to serve. You can accompany your breakfast with some refried beans, with cream and cheese
