Ingredients

  • Green Jocotes
  • 2 Cups of milk
  • Half a cup of sugar
  • A few pinches of salt

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

In a pan, cook the green jocotes to the point where they are soft

Step 2

Extract the pulp of the jocote

Step 3

In the pulp of the jocote add half a cup of sugar and a pinch of salt

Step 4

Add the milk and mix

Step 5

Then in small bags add the jocotes, along with the milk and freeze for 5 hours and that’s it
