Black Beans Dip

- ½ Tomato diced in small cubes
- ½ green bell pepper diced small cubes
- ½ white onion diced in cubes
- 3 tspn vegetable oil
- 227gr black refried beans RG
- 230gr dairy spread cream RG
- 1 cup shredded cheese for pupusas RG
- 3 – 4 Tostadas Charras RG
- ½ Avocado
Cooking Instructions
Add olive oil in a pan until hot, add diced onions, bell peppers and tomato and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Once the vegetables are fried, open the bag of black refried beans RG and add into the pan mix until the beans have a smooth consistency.
While frying the beans add a spoon of dairy spread cream RG to the beans and continue mixing until the cream and beans are incorporated.
Then remove the cooked beans from the heat pan and transfer to a baking casserole spreading evenly. Add one layer of sour cream followed by a layer of greeted cheese.
Place casserole in the oven and broil for five minutes until the cheese melts, serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
