Passion Fruit Smoothie
Passion Fruit is the ultimate tropical fruit to enjoy in the summer time! A fusion of sweet and tart flavor and packed with vitamin C, this passion fruit smoothie will remind you of a tropical paradise with every sip!
In this recipe we used 1 cup of Rio Grande passion fruit pulp, made with 100% passion fruit and coconut milk. To mix it up, you can also add other fruits (mango or strawberries) for a new smoothie flavor every day.

- 1 Cup of Rio Grande Passion Fruit Pulp
- 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
- Ice
Cooking Instructions
Leave the fruit pulp in the fridge to thaw out the day prior.
Add 1 cup of the passion fruit pulp, 1 cups of the coconut milk , brown sugar and ice in a blender.
Blend until fully smooth, serve in a cup and enjoy!
