Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Flipped Black Beans from Rio Grande Foods
  • 1 bag of cheese for pupusas from Rio Grande Foods
  • Half bar of Cream Cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 bag
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Lemon

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Chop the garlic, onion, tomato and fry, add the beans and a little water

Step 2

We add cream and cream cheese to the beans

Step 3

We stir well and add half a lemon

Step 4

We season consommé and salt to taste-

Step 5

Put the beans on a tray and add mozzarella cheese and bake for 5 minutes

Step 6

When serving, put tomato and jalapeño to taste. Ready!
